★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I sat down the lady was not in a good mood. She didn’t want me to get my nails done like the photo I showed her and was very hesitant to start on them. When gluing on the extensions sole glue had gone on the side of my finger and it stuck to the table and she had to pull my finger off the table and left the hard glue there. When she was finished the french tips were crooked and not clean. The SNS powder was spotted around the rest of the nail. Instead of being honest as saying that she didn’t think she could do the nails I asked for she charged me $80 in advance and messed up the job. They offered to re paint in gel and gave me a $10 refund. The nails are still not at the standard I thought Professonail held themselves too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Young lady was lovely & I have very small toe nails but 3 of my toes are cut on both sides of the nail in her vigorous attempt to remove the previous shellac - its sore & ugly. Not enough staff so rushed job ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this place for pedicures, the lady that did mine was in such a rush and after asking her to sanitize the equipment for my own peace of mind she refused. she was very rude and had a very bad attitude, she got so much nail polish all over my skin and over all they look like they were done over a week ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my nails done and was such a bad experience. Wanted to treat myself after a long week with my baby so I decided to get my nails done, the lady did it so quick! there’s even bubbles on my nails maybe because she never asked me to wash my hands even though there were dust all over my hands after removing my gel. Feels like I paid $50 for nothing and it looks like I got my nails done a week or two ago because there’s gaps between the skin and the nail polish ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from ling. This was my third time getting my lashes done here, very affordable and the service was great. She makes you feel welcome and the lashes last a very long time with good quality glue. 10/10 would recommend this place for all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing 14mm classic eyelash extensions, didn't take too long and the lady that did them for me was very kind and patient. She told me not to apply water near eyelashes for 24Hrs and to wash my face gently when I do, and fan dried my lashes so I wasn't tearing up when I opened my eyes. Service has definitely improved since my 2020 experience where a lady didn't dry my lashes at all and my eyes were red and irritated from the glue.
