★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're open to 7pm you're open to 7. Not a great experience to drive with haste to get to your store at 6.55pm to pick up essentials for the family to be shouted at froma distance that you're closed when you're closing time hasn't passed yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today, 29/03/2022 around 5:45pm, the guy who’s at the prescription counter is very rude. He doesn’t know how to treat customers. Talks like doesn’t care and very unhelpful. Even though it’s lack of staff, why can’t he talk nicely as we are not going there for fun, we are going to collect our prescribed medication not to ask a loan from him. Unprofessional at its best. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly suggest you do not fill your prescription here. The chemist staff are rude and always claim to never have enough stock to fill the prescription , making you return again and again. Their reminder service is unreliable and does not notify you of due repeats, leaving you having to sort through old receipts to reconcile what you're owed and what still needs to be collected. In short a real bunch of amateurs. I would give 0 stars but that's not an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, is happened to me 6:55pm, the gate already shut. Guess staff can't wait to leave the shop before 7pm. Another same issue, try to get prescription, can't get from them, went to St Luke branch, excellent service, get it straight away with no problem.
