★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, just empty smiles, technician just walked away after working, thr floor were disgusting, no cleaning in between clients, I should have read these reviews before going. Polish chipped after a few days, will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time experience to get my nails done I waited for 20mins because they told me that I would be attended to then. They let 2 customers go before me then made me wait a further 15mins. By then I pulled out and complained but nothing was done. I took my gift voucher and told them I will be giving my gift voucher away because they are not worth coming back too. Super Disappointed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a full pedi today and very disappointed. When I got home and had a good look close up the quality is terrible! Colour needs another coat, to much polish up against the cuticle. Nails not filed properly. For $60 not happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is down right rude, has no customer service skills, her work ethic is appalling.
Shop is filthy, I saw her use a foot scrubber on a lady and the same scrubber on another
She had her back to the retail counter while doing pedicures but kept turning around every few seconds to see if there were any more customers coming in, obviously only interested in grabbing the $$ and not tending to her customers.
She would leave in the middle of doing the treatment without even excusing herself to take money from other customers who were waiting
Job was rushed, feet still felt rough underneath, minimal communication with customers, only speaking to co-workers in Asian throughout my whole visit.
Last time I go there, $55 for a rushed pedicure, if you have money to waste come here, such bad service and overpriced for what you receive!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my nails done yesterday.. 15 mins they told me (30 mins later) then i got a really rough lady who didn't even care about what i wanted, she was too busy trying to get rid of me. She cut my nails to length and asked if they were good, i looked at them for a few seconds and she threw her siscors down and looked away. I asked for sns rounded and i got round square, they dont even look square and they have lumps and bumps and cracks in the gel top coat. I payed $78 for something i could probably make look just as bad myself. Wont be coming back i was so disappointed as this was my first time getting sns :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did SNS nails on one hand and very disappointed by the outcome. The nail looks bulky with lumps. I asked for square nail ends but they did not file or shape it properly that it doesn’t look square or round or any definable shape. The lady who did my nails was busy and kept looking here and there. They are not attentive of what they are doing and speak only in their regional language which I felt quite uncomfortable even though I am Asian. I didn’t even understand when the procedure finished as the lady just walked away without telling anything. I sat there waiting for her to come back but another lady came and said I can leave now.
Professionalism and customer service is an utter failure here. Will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcharged for services and skipped through the processes. Had to keep asking them to clean cuticles and buff the nails. Had to come home and buff the nails myself as they keep snagging and catching on clothes. Very disappointed. I have never seen any place charging extra to clean nails to prep them for manicure and Pedicure. Never going there again and definitely sharing this experience with everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero I definitely would. While the other staff were polite I just happened to get a rude young girl. I had been in earlier in the morning today to get my toes done by one of the staff who gave awesome service and my money's worth on my feet. When I returned an hour ago to do my fingernails I had the girl who ruined my afternoon take me instead. When I asked for her name she said it was "DAISY". Honestly needs to work on her customer service skills. My request of asking to "please try cut my nails as similar as she can" was met with annoyance. She seemed flustered and bothered throughout the whole ordeal and to top it off she didn't even do a good job. My nails had chucks underneath the nail that I had to forcefully take off myself. The sides of some nails weren't painted. The work was a amateur job.We pay hard earn money to get our money's worth of service. I paid $73 and wish I had walked out earlier but by the time it got to much she was almost done... You took way to long aswell so if anyone should've kicked a fuss it should've been me but I was more then kind to let that slide. This was a birthday gift and honestly you ruined the whole experience of relaxing and being pampered!
