★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of hit and miss. The toilets are sometime clean and nice, but sometime can be messy and smelly. Nicely located next to the playground, and the victoria park. There are no special parking spaces for the toilet users, but there are some off-street parking at Victoria Street West, though not free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being on Victoria Park these public toilets are in a good location and on the day of my visit, they were very clean and functional. The toilets also cater well for for those needing accessibility facilities. The main issue is that there is limited nearby car parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one was operational and seems like the other one was out of order for quite sometime. Would be nice to have some soap to clean your hands and constantly have a thorough clean as there's obviously a lot of foot traffic and people will need to use it. It wasn't all that bad though but hygienic side could've been a bit better!
