About Structus
Structus have delivered structural engineering services for Goodman on many industrial projects in the Auckland region. Structus have provided full design and construction monitoring services on these projects from inception through to completion.
‘Out of the box’ thinking was required on several of these projects due to challenging and innovative design requirements unique to each project. For example, the structural layout of the saw tooth roof shape on one of the projects, together with an unusual angular shape of the building, required complex analysis, and on another project slender long span cantilever office roofs required careful consideration. Structus provided cost effective design solutions to meet our specifications whilst ensuring they considered ease of construction.
Their reliability, responsiveness and thoroughness to both our design team and contractors has ensured our jobs are meeting deadlines, targets and stakeholder requirements.
