★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude service from receptionist and nurses. Patients were discriminated and ignored while staff were arguing in the waiting room, nurses were crying. What a mess of a place! Would give a 0 star if it was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I swapped for convinience from three rivers to here as our two young mokos came into our care and Puhi was close to us. Talk about going from bad to worse! Now we're stuck here as everywhere is full. Horrible reception, horrible wait room, everything looks unhygienic but one is expected to use hand santizer! The place needs an entire scrub, fresh paint and overhaul of pleasant staff. Doesn't help the Nurse smells of cigarette smoke

The Drs Are Very Caring.
Such a Family Type Environment.
I'm Usually Picky, when it comes to my Health Carer. So once I returned back to my Hometown Gisborne, in 2013, and attended 'Puhi Kaiti', I found them to be warm and welcoming. I didn't feel like a 'Number', I was made to feel a 'Part' of - unique and important, and treated as such Too. Which is the Reason I'm Still there Today, apart from their 'Excellent' Care.
