โ โ โ โ โ Last time I went the line look so long in drive thru for only 4 cars. I thought they were short staffed. When I approached the last window all I could see was one employee doing all the work and the other with long as fingernails (health hazard) only placing orders with more concentration on her phone. Tsk tsk.

โ โ โ โ โ Just had dinner here. Absolutely loved the food, service was great, very comfortable place to eat with the family. Good value, really enjoyed the chilli cheese cris cut fries.

โ โ โ โ โ It took 35 mins to go through drive thru. Only three cars. Had to repeat order 3 times. No milkshakes, no sundaes. Disappointed. Only went there because McDonalds had a long line. Should have stayed in the long line

โ โ โ โ โ 7pm over a 20 minute wait in drive thru, cold yuk chips no salt, overcharged, no receipt, so only realized when we got back to the hotel, very very rude young man that served us, he has not spoken one word to us, and the thick shake machine was not working. Leave the job if you hate what you are doing

โ โ โ โ โ Went to get a quick bite to eat during a short break in a long day/night at work. It was 8:20pm on a Monday night. Walked into the open dining room and when I got to the counter I was told that they weren't open.
"We don't have enough staff. We're only running the drive-thru. The door's not supposed to be open"
My vehicle was too large to fit in the drive-thru
"Sorry, we can't help"
Absolutely useless. No wonder you've got outlets closing left, right and centre.

โ โ โ โ โ I tried to go there for the first time ever. 8 cars ahead of me so I was prepared to wait but, First the drive thru was a joke. The speaker box didn't work for about 8-10 minutes then I drove up slowly to the window expecting to make my order there but then I heard the speaker box say can I take your order. I pulled up to the window and the lady said I needed to wait and speak into the mic. Bye. Never again. Carl's Jr doesn't taste good to me. Pretty unfortunate to not work out for my first Carl's Jr experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff. Clean place, good location & parking. Except for a little hiccup initially, great service!
Burger was well-made and not just slapped together. Oreo Milkshake is fantastic. Fries were a fresh batch. Love the ketchup AND mayo served to go alongside!

I was hesitant about purchasing from Carl's because I had heard they were not good. But when they opened a few years back my experiences were very good, I even managed to get my wife to eat a burger, which is not easy.
So, since my son was over we went there for lunch (pickup because I am not vaxxed). We bought a bundle for $35. Two large burgers, two small ones, 4 small drinks, onion rings and loaded fries.
Value for money is fine.
Service was very slow (5-10 minutes wait at the window) but the young woman serving was very pleasant.
Food quality is poor.
The ingredients were all in the right place, but everything was warm (not hot). The fries were warm and not fully cooked. The loaded fries were warm and chewy, not crisp. The onion rings were warm, and greasy. The burgers were warm and kind of not memorable. My son commented that he would rather be eating the cheapest burger at Burger King.
I get the impression they are not getting a lot of business and as a result have poor staffing levels and food is standing around for a long time.
