Forgot my chips, my drink, and my spoon, and then the blonde girl behind the counter gave us insane attitude when I complained ?
2 stars because the food was still ok, but will never go back there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team was friendly but the self service screens were probably the worst i have seen in retail. Very unresponsive. Almost had to hit it with a hammer to select the item i wanted. Clean store and great team tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The terminals in this store are impossible to use and you can not place an order any other way. I spent 10 minutes pounding on the screen trying to order two items and ended up getting back in my car and using the drive through. A lady at another terminal had been trying for 15 minutes to get her order entered!! The drive through lady was lovely but after all the effort the popcorn chicken were luke warm to cold and the chips hot but soggy. Do your self a favour and try somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and food served to us by KFC lincoln road. We went there at around 11.18 pm drive through on Thursday (29/07/2021) night. The staff was out of everything that we asked like original pieces, hot and spicy, burgers nothing was available which we found it very strange because for chicken we can understand but for burgers it is like a 5 mins job to make one which we were not offered. How ever we were hungry and we ordered wicked wings which was the only option that was available and my husband he ordered boneless meal pack which they advised they can fulfil the order. When we paid and got the meal, please refer to photos below to see the kind of chicken (not cooked properly) and mash and gravy was given exactly the same way where there was no gravy at all. We didn’t eat it as well and had to throw away my husband meal as it was not cooked and 3 of the wings were the wings were cold not even cooked fresh. If you don’t have anything to serve to your customer then close the store and let staff go home early as anyways they are not willing to help customers because this has been one of the worst experience and meal that we have had so far ecer. Really disappointed and no customer serice at all. Really you guys need to level up the game and referring to other reviews below seems like people have had the same experience with this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing drive through service today as we ordered 4 cheeseburgers but only got one and I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and got three (and charged for three). Didn't bother about the 3 pieces of chicken but my partner had to go back and order the other three cheeseburgers again. Service was quick and polite ..just not accurate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be the most consistent KFC quality wise. Never had a problem with an order here. The one time we did we were given extra chicken in our order for waiting a bit longer for food so made up for that. Generally is a tidy store compared to some I have seen.
