The Qantas International Business Lounge Wellington seems to be quite a nice lounge, at least the Eastern European receptionist was service-oriented and very friendly and a look from the entrance counter in the lounge looked promising.
Unfortunately, they did not let me take a look at the lounge after consulting me by phone.
When I said I would write a few words for Google Maps, the access was denied - a great pity - perhaps Qantas - except for the view - shies away from the comparison with the great New Zealand Airbnb Lounge in Wellington....?
Let's see if we can find out more about this in the future.

Die Qantas International Business Lounge Wellington scheint eine ganz nette Lounge zu sein, zumindest die osteuropäische Empfangsdame war serviceorientiert und sehr freundlich und ein Blick vom Eingangscounter in die Lounge wirkte verheißungsvoll.
Leider ließ man mich nach telefonischer Rücksprache die Lounge nicht in Augenschein nehmen.
Als ich sagte ich würde hierzu ein paar Worte für Google Maps verfassen wurde der Zutritt verweigert - sehr schade - vielleicht scheut Qantas - bis auf die Aussicht - den Vergleich mit der tollen New Zealand Airbnb Lounge in Wellington....?
Mal schauen ob sich hier zukünftig dann doch noch mehr in Erfahrung bringen lässt.

Unfortunately, after a telephone consultation, I was not allowed to inspect the lounge.
When I said I would write a few words on this for Google Maps, the entry was refused - a shame - maybe Qantas - except for the view - is reluctant to compare it with the great New Zealand Airbnb Lounge in Wellington ....?

OK, so its not up there with the Sydney or Melbourne international lounges but it is quite functional and spacious. Food selection is quite limited so I would advise grabbing a bite before you go go through security.
The lounge is not open all day so best to check beforehand.
