β β β β β Loved the experience! We stayed here for our honeymoon and so happy that we chose QT.
We had the master king bedroom at the top floor and we had the best view possible! The bathroom is the best thing about the room in my opinion! The bath is just so relaxing ?!
Although we couldn't have access to the pool because the rugby team chiefs had completely booked the 6th floor, which was a bummer for Normal public. You see us normal public have access to less things anyway in life lol, but this was unfair.
Totally loved the customer service of Jhonny at the reception! He was kind, helpful, efficient, funny and really good to talk to as well.

β β β β β I have never ever received such amazing customer service from a hotel. My sister was staying here for her 30th and they helped me organise birthday surprises whilst I was on the other side of the world. I did not expect the service they delivered at all, they went above and beyond, it was amazing. They were so kind and friendly as well. My sister also said her stay whilst there was amazing and she couldnβt fault it.

β β β β β Well-appointed rooms, great amenities, very comfortable beds, attentive room service, very friendly and polite staff. Immaculately clean, you can tell that this place has a very high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Rooms featured a full mini bar, Antipodes water, champagne, wine (all for a fee), and a range of snacks and treats. The location is ideal, close to town but still recessed from the road so youβre not hearing the sound of whizzing cars driving past from your balcony β even though you can still enjoy street access through the entrance at Rydges). Our Lake King room offered exceptional views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. We ordered room service a few times, and each time the food was delicious. Staff were all polite, accommodating, and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much, we ended up returning twice unexpectedly on our trip. Freestanding tub in the bathroom was a nice touch. Great hotel for couples wanting a romantic getaway.

β β β β β Would have given it 5 stars. But you are a hotel, chances are two people will be staying in a room with two suitcases. So why is there absolutely nowhere to put them except smack bang in the middle of what's an otherwise beautiful room? Also the 'intimacy kit' for $15 on the room menu was missing. I wasn't going to buy it. But I'm intrigued to know what's in it!

β β β β β Excellent staff and very prompt.Edita at front desk has gone out of her way to treat us with bubbles and chocolate on our Anniversary. I was amazed at their very luxury and modern rooms,excellent views throughout. I will defintely retreat myself here again.
The only thing that needs improvement is their kitchen.Breakfast was not buffet due to red light but had very limited choice.Today we waited for 45 min to get our breakfast which was mostly toast that we ordered.Although again staff was very apologetic but i seriously dont expect to wait for that long whatever the circumstances were.

β β β β β Really nice accomodation, luxurious bathroom and good size room. Nice and close to town centre, only 5 minute walk. Very affordable too. Only downside was lack of parking, managed to find parking on the road though. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in QT

β β β β β Truly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Amazing location (10 minutes to the main town at most) and the room was fantastic with a great view of the lake. At the higher end price wise but completely worth it. All the staff were very friendly and professionaly, and could not have done more to help where they could to make things so enjoyable.

β β β β β Cannot recommend QT Queenstown highly enough - what an incredible hotel with amazing staff. The decor is sublime, and the bathrooms the best I've ever seen in a hotel (rubber duck with your gigantic bath? Yes please!). The in-room options are fantastic, and I cleaned out the quirky minibar items (paid for I should add!) for take home gifts for the kids (mini handwarmers, snow in a can, cool socks amongst other things). The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the welcome gift in our room on both stays was generous and thoughtful. If you can stay here - DO IT.
