2 bed, lake view room. The water temperature varied extreme cold to hot.
Very friendly staff- they were very attentive to my father leaving his medication in their fridges..

β β β β β Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and the parking is in the open so there was no height restriction (many only have parking for vehicles under 2m)(but did cost). There were only 3 towels in the room, for 4 of us and only 2 cups and no t-spoons. The room was very hot and dry the first night, so the second night we turned off the aircon, it was still hot and we slept with the door open- very unlike me!

β β β β β Regular visitors to Queenstown for business and have wanted to stay here but budget requirements have not allowed this.
Came down for our 10th wedding anniversary and found a great deal this time.
Stayed in the lake view room for 2 nights before the Routeburn track then 2 nights in the suite after our hike, valet and breakfast included in our deal.
Service was outstanding, lake view room was huge and comfortable and the suite was next level.
Walk across the road to village and wharf, would highly recommend this establishment.

Requests were handled immediately.
Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet was fast and reliable.
Hotel breakfasts were delicious.
Proximity to town was amazing - especially with disabled husband
Wonβt stay anywhere else again - better than other hotels in the area.

β β β β β Fabulous location. Upgraded our standard room for a view which was well worth the money! Breakfast was delicious! Beds were comfy along with the pillows. Lovely friendly staff always willing to help.

β β β β β Okay, good things about this place:
Almost perfect location, close to town center and everything with a great view by the lake.
Valet parking service is such a nice touch to our experience, really takes the stress off since finding parking has always been one of our worst nightmares in Queenstown.
Surprisingly good food and service for the room dining, and the price isnβt that bad. Still have the craving for that truffle mushroom soup.
Service is generally professional and friendly, staffs will be standby and help with our needs all the time.
And now, things we hope can get better:
When we were at the lobby trying to check in around 15:30 pm, there was no one at the front desk, nor was there any sign saying someone will be here soon or a much expected ring to notify our presence. We ended up waiting for quite some time while being tired from our travel before someone showed up and helped with our checkin.
While the breakfast was good, the coffee was a huge disappointment, and I just couldnβt understand why, especially even the coffee from the coffee make in our room was quite decent and so much better than the one served in breakfast.
Anyway, I will still give this place a five star and recommend to our friends given we booked it at a very reasonable rate.

β β β β β If you want to be in the heart of queenstown, this is the place to stay. Very convenient and beautiful views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and clean. We fit four adults into a 2-bed (queen size) room for 3 nights comfortably. Bathroom was clean as well and shower pressure was good. Also, the complimentary breakfast was so lovely and went beyond expectations.
10/10 would recommend and stay again.
