β β β β β Lovely stay, bedroom quiet and not noisy. The spa pools would have been good to have a booking system so we know when we can use it freely. Breakfast included is a very good feature of the stay.
did miss water bottles and slippers in the room. Amenities were lovely.

β β β β β Very average. This place claims to be a 5-star but it's 4-star at the very best... but still tries to charge the 5-star prices. I have stayed at the Millennium up the road and it is actually better for half the price. The lobby is the most impressive bit. Other than that everything else is very, very ordinary. The food was quite poor for the money and the restaurant service was actually quite slack. The rooms were ok, if a little tired, and there was not even air conditioning - again, pretty poor for a 5-star. Even the hot tubs are not available after 9pm when it is still light outside at 10pm in Queenstown.

β β β β β Great service and Restaurant was excellent but we were really disappointed to find an overgrown tree outside our window that blocked any view and therefore the room was very dark.
It was the second time I had stayed there and definitely felt the outside areas were very scruffy and needing maintenance, the tree definitely needed trimming to allow light and some view.
Lovely hotel but felt standard has slipped.

β β β β β Beautiful room and lakeside view. Brought our baby and they had the cot ready for us. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was lovely although prepared coffee were an extra charge. Convenient location and parking was easy. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Gaby was particularly helpful throughout the booking process. We had our stay rescheduled a couple of times due to travel restrictions but had no major problems sorting this out through Gaby.

β β β β β Rooms.were beautifully done and spacious. We got a room with lake view that was a game changer for our experience. Service was excellent. The staff was always available, kind and efficient. Location-wise hard to get much better than this. A simple 2 minute walk to walk to the wharf where all shops, bars and restaurants are.

β β β β β Location was fantastic, only a short 5min walk from town. It did include a small hill to walk back up to the hotel but this was no problem, especially given the views the hotel boasted from our room and restaurant.
Our room was clean, modern and very comfortable. We stayed in a king room with balcony and lake view, and my golly it was a stunning view. The bed was roomy and very comfortable and shower pressure spot on.
Breakfast which we included in our booking, was delicious with a great variety of options. And we enjoyed the evening happy hour at the end of each day. It was a lovely gesture for the hotel to offer a daily $10 voucher to be used at Lombardi Bar during happy hour, if you chose to opt out of your daily room housekeeping.
We were unfortunately startled a couple of times by the sound of a baby crying through the adjoining locked door between our room and the next door room. It was our first weekend away from our own young children, so when I heard the baby crying I jumped up wondering if it were our own! So next time we booked with St Moritz, we would enquire with hotel to see if we could have a room without an adjoining door.

β β β β β Just checked out today and loved it so much i had to do a review fast. The hotel is amazing, the 1bedroom garden view I stayed in was perfect, so comfy all the necessityβs you need. They offer a $10 food and beverage voucher daily if you choose to not service your room. Literally a 1 min walk to the city. The bed was very comfy and grown alchemist toiletries are the BEST. The decor is very inviting and I loved it. The service is absolutely impeccable. I want to make a special mention to Tomas and Benny from the restaurant they definitely need some recognition. They remembered our coffee order daily, remembered what we had told them we had planned for the day and asked us about it at breakfast the next day daily without fail. They made sure that we had a table over looking the lake daily for the four days we where there. They really made our stay amazing. Overall the staff are all amazing. The smell in the lobby is so delightful. This is one of the best places Iβve ever stayed. We will be back. Also Iβm a travel agent so i will suggest your property in future :) see you again soon
