★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for one night in late December. Beautiful facility in an excellent location. We had a sweeping view of the lake. Our apartment had a nice kitchen and comfy living and sleeping spaces. Could have easily spent more time here. Easy walk to all the city center attractions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great position and a nice view. This is my fourth stay here and is always good. lovely and warm. close to everything and very quiet. Staff are very friendly and professional. Well worth the money as parking in town is a problem and they have parking which is a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large amount of building and renovating in downtown Queenstown, terrible traffic congestion, stink of car exhausts, and lots of noise. Pretty unpleasant to walk around in the village. The renovations will end, but the other problems are chronic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t fall for the photos and 4 star hotel sign. If you are looking for relaxation trip this is not the place you to want to stay. Very old bathrooms and small rooms. Living room is good with a view but sofas and cushions are so old and yucky. It’s a self service apartment which I didn’t know but managers helped in cleaning rooms and stocking stuff back. Which was good. Overall my trip was ruined but can’t complain much coz i told manager after two days as i just came in the room at night.
Read description before you choose this place.
Bathroom needs renovation urgently.
