★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with my Subaru B4, shopped around and found these guys to be by far the best in terms of price and turn around. Dropped her in around midday with the expectation of getting her back in a few days. After locating the problem, I was informed of cost and turn around the day I dropped her in. Got her back the next morning. She is running as smooth as silk and at a cracker price.
The staff were pleasant and informative.

Queen Street Auto sorted out my car and I ended up paying less than what was quoted. Will be returning to Queen Street Auto for all my car needs in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Guys were very professional from start to finish. They weren't expecting me, as I had broken down on the motorway on the lower Hutt side heading back up to the kapiticoast where I live. The car was towed to the garage. The part had to be ordered and my car was ready for me to pick up lunchtime the next day. The guys kept me informed all the way. Very impressed. Thankyou so much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking ages to do small job. Long wait time. Chatting with their permanent customers makes ongoing work slow. I have not seen anyone wearing face mask(customers and staff). Very overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with Queen Street Auto. Took our car in to be WOF'd and some parts fitted; however once looking further, our car needed more work done. Even tho it's absolutely hectic being the week of Christmas, these guys managed to fit our car in to do these extra bits to make our car road worthy again. They were quick and a good price. We are very happy with the service we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car in for a wof knowing very well it would need some serious work, somehow, these guys did an amazing job for a very fair price in less than a week, I believe that they are more focused on the customer having a great and reliable car, than their own personal benefits from having the customer. Their work is done tight, quick, and held to high standards. They worked on my car as if it was their own and didn’t disturb any of my sub wiring, or any of the belongings I had left in my car, great easy to talk to people and will definitely be coming again in the future. Thanks so much!
