This has been my medical centre since the merger with Fergusson Drive Surgery (my centre for years). Great medical staff, friendly receptionists, and great nursing staff as well. I've had numerous types of treatment there and every time I have been treated professionally, with courtesy and respect.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE This is the worst most negligent doctors surgery I have ever encountered in my life. Receptionists are rude and are often gossiping amongst themselves for the whole waiting room to hear. Some nurses are lovely but others are rude, forgetful and do not take patients seriously. Again, there are a few reasonable doctors who are always booked up but many abysmal ones who should not be registered in my opinion. I was spoken to in a sexist, misogynistic way by one (formal complaint made) and others have been repeatedly negligent in care of patients. We have had two close friends almost die (ended up in ICU on life support) after being sent home by doctors here. I myself had about five appointments over three months and no one could diagnose me with simple tonsillitis. It wasn’t until I went to another clinic that I was diagnosed correctly and antibiotics fixed the issue within 48hrs. I have had so many bad experiences here and so many mistakes made I have lost count. Formal complaints have been made to the health board. I repeat DO NOT REGISTER HERE

How dare you make a 4 year old wait outside in the elements on a cold morning when your isolation room was empty. We showed up 10 minutes early and waited a further 15 minutes in the cold for her 4 year injection. Meanwhile, other people walked in. ANY nurse could have given it. Your receptionist needs to attend some serious customer relationships courses. My wife and granddaughter were were masked up. Perhaps the receptionist should be sitting outside. We don't want excuses. An injection is not a long process. Signed 2 very disappointed Grandparents.

Doctors are good but the reception staff are hands down the worst in the business. They’re unsympathetic, indifferent and really are consistently unhelpful. It is a real shame since they’re the face of the medical centre they really do make the experience really hard.

Unimpressed with the hospitality of reception staff. My 8 year old son's appointment was booked at 3.20pm and had to wait for an hour for consultation.

the doctors are very good but the reception likes to stuff around people and the nurses don't listen when you tell them what's wrong. I told reception exactly what was wrong, they referred me to the nurse who I also told what was wrong. Both of them were very rude and didn't listen to the main reason I was wanting an appointment. They put me on a list to get a call from my doctor, who then rung me and hung up within seconds. I rung back and got the same receptionist lady, and got told they would call me back. I wasn't called back and then got told by my nan that I owed money to them, even though I haven't spoken to ANY doctor. They shouldn't have even messaged my Nan either as we don't have linked accounts.

Reception were horrible and rude, the receptionists are now the worst ever in the past twenty five years since I took my family there, their manner and people skills are disgusting. Prescriptions are usually late and doctor is not consistent. I think it's time for me and my family to find a friendly and helpful medical center.
