★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of social etiquette in terms of trading in New Zealand. I bought a necklace and returned it as it was faulty and required mending. I was happy for a repair rather than a refund, they had the cheek to request that I pay the $5.50 fee to post it back to me. That is rude. The woman had no comprehension of why I was offended and repeatedly demanded I pay the $5.50. I was unable to wear the necklace I bought for sometime, that is more than enough inconvenience to be worth the flamin $5. Perhaps she should have paid the parking fee it cost to get it to her. It is not the money it was the lack of courtesy. Never will I purchase from there again. Your focus on cents has cost you dollars.

My girlfriend already has a gold plated chain at home so I only had to pay for the pendant, but I was surprised to be given a free chain in the packaging! I was provided a label with all the details about the pendant and had a wonderful shopping experience. Thank you!

I bought it during a special winter sale promo, and got a really good deal. I've always walked pass this store during work and this was my first time coming in. The people here were really helpful in aiding me find the right pick, and even included a certificate of guarantee for the product's value as well as beautiful packaging. Would definitely come here again for my next gift for my girlfriend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oh em geeee! I can't believe he finally put a ring on me! today marks our third anniversary and he went down on his knees! I am absolutely in love with the design of this ring, because it has all the sparkles without being overly extravagant. There is a small simple 0.15ct centre stone, with a half band of paved round cuts and baguettes, and I've never really seen anything as special as this. I really love it, thanks to my future hubby and Queen's Jewellery for making all this magic happen.
