β β β β β Came here today to get the 1st COVID-19 vaccine with my brothers. Was a little nervous as not a big fan of needles but had very friendly staff who looked after us and even though our arms hurt now the vaccine being given was quick and painless ?

β β β β β Rip-off!! My grandfather is a pensioner/elderly with very limited english has been with this family doctor for just about 4-6weeks now and every visit he complains about his visitations so then I started tagging along to his appointments to find out and everything flows fine but the 1 time he goes by himself again due to me being busy at work he gets double charged and then I call to enquire why such amount they advised he had phone consultations that were outstanding on his account!! My grandfather has NO phone and which is why Iβm the point of contact and no way have i been taking consultations on behalf of my grandfather. Stop the irrelevant charges team! Yβall need to survive off whatever service you guys provide but also does our elderly with the such amount they receive from the government.

β β β β β Got my booster here and I was pretty nervous. Everyone was really nice and reassuring! While the jab hurt a tiny bit more than previous ones, the pain afterwards was more mild than before. But hey, just my personal experience.

β β β β β Outstanding, really caring, very professional, community focused practice. Have been a family client for over 25 years & will continue too. All staff are incredible from the receptionists, to the Nurses & Doctors. Cannot recommend highly enough.

β β β β β Got all 3 of my vaccine shots there.
My first shot was a 4 star, their staff seemed slightly unpreped to handle the visitors but at least the medical staff who gave me the vaccine seemed professional and patient for my questions (although I didn't really have any for her). My first shot experience is the ONLY reason why I'm not giving a zero star review.
My 2nd shot also went well, I didn't have to wait very long to get it done because there was no one there. Afterwards, I asked to get a covid test for surveillance purposes because there were numerous location of interest in the area I live in, despite not having any symptoms or visiting any of those places. The staff asked me to sit down around the reception area, then asked me to sit outside to continue waiting. Eventually, I finished my nasal swab at 9:34, after finishing my vaccine at 9:09 (I arrived at 9:02). During this 25 mins, there were other visitors but only a handful. When I sat around the reception area, I can clearly hear the staff/receptionists chatting. Which is just very unprofessional. I think waiting is alright because there are other visitors, but I happened to overhear a staff asking another about me, so it really sounds like they completely forgot and left me on the side. This really upsets me because there are plenty of staff but their work seems very unorganised. I understand that it's been a busy time for them but I think this is well beyond justifiable.
And my booster shot experience, the biggest reason I decided to write this review, was just highly disappointing. I was the first to arrive, been waiting both inside the centre (reception area) and outside, but somehow they gave the vaccine to someone else who literally just walked in. And they probably were going to give the second vaccine to the other guy who walked in afterwards, if I didn't say something. I am just so speechless about their common sense and organisation.
Now I only regret not going to somewhere else, such as a pharmacy. This centre is actually the 2nd closest, but since I've gotten my previous two doses here.
Other than my vaccine experience. I'd also like to point out another of their unprofessional act. When I got my first and second doses, there was a staff standing around the door to make sure I have scanned the QR code and sanitised. But when I was waiting in the reception area, the people arriving didn't scan and no staff ever told them to. Some even came without a face mask and only literally just put one on while they were visiting. There was one female medical staff arriving and literally walking pass me without a mask on, not even holding one too. I know everyone kind of already gave up on scanning and masking, but this is a MEDICAL centre which is meant to be SAFE for the vulnerable and everyone. So how safe is this place?
Please get some professional training. Please don't talk about your weekends and valentines day plans when the visitors are 2 metres away from you, especially they have been left on the side without any proper information over what is going on.
