β β β β β The Receptionists and doctors especially Dr Guy are very welcoming. I am on a student visa and very ill. The receptionist helped me have an appointment as soon as she can. It's quite a bit expensive but it's worth it. They also advise me that I can enroll to there clinic once I get a 2 year work visa.

β β β β β I enrolled here when I was driven out of the Doctors in Te Rakau by the extraordinary rude receptionists there who treated you as a piece of dirt under their shoes and an inconvenience.Why they have not been sacked judging by the multiple complaints on their feedback page I don't know.Immediately felt welcome at this practice, have seen a few different doctors and been treated with respect by all of them.Competent and up to date with the latest research you are encouraged to have a say in your health care and ,as mentioned the Receptionists are lovely. The cheap fees are also a huge bonus.Half the price of my last GP practice.

β β β β β I have moved from panmure suburb to far west, but I prefer keeping the same GPs. They all are very professional, helpful, efficient and the best, including those beautiful ladies at the reception. They are welcoming as you enter the clinic.

β β β β β Iβve been to around 5 practices in Auckland due to moving 4x & this was the easiest most effortless practice Iβve been to. All the reviews are right-theyβre a sweet and caring team, short waiting times for doctors, have great prices and I didnβt have to argue that I felt sick-other practices wouldnβt believe I was sick with the exact same symptoms & would cost 2-3X for each consultation. Dr Graham and the rest of his team are very empathetic, professional & concise with their job, was super impressed at how easy everything was! Receptionists are awesome at their job, professional & empathetic, thank you Pauline & teamβ¨ Also sick artwork on the walls.

β β β β β Donβt get me wrong I have been treated with respect and care from some of the staff members. But I have experienced a few times some conflict with certain receptionist staff members to then coming across a couple of doctors that did not have a care in the world to help me. Dr Jane Henry I do not recommend big time. My regular doctors no longer work at the clinic they work from home so I now have to see other doctors. Iv only had horrible experiences with this doctor. She does not provide any help. She rushes and she does not let you speak or be heard. My last visit was with her and I basically walked out with nothing and wasted $19. This practice has their good days but also have bad days. There is one nurse that has a rude attitude. I think they should find another job they enjoy doing cause every time I speak with this nurse they do not sound like they want to work. Due to the multiple issues iv had over the years from multiple staff members here, I will be leaving and will had in my complaint form. They need to remember that they became doctors, nurses to help people. At least try to do that. Also reception staff I see there is a new receptionist. She is lovely, I hope she stays that way. We all have our ups and down days. I know doctors have been busy due to covid etc. But please take a break and remind yourself what your job roll is. Good luck
