Worst staff and not helpful at all. I booked the hotel by mistake and they just told me that its all you fault. Started to tell me that they have pay to the company you booked it with we canโt refund you anything. BIG SCAMERS. I would never go there even if i would be near them.

โ โ โ โ โ Comfortable stay. The 1 bed apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Underground, secure car parking was good and the location was perfect for getting around Auckland CBD. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff on the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Very little/no noise from the train line or Newmarket - good soundproofing. Would stay again.

โ โ โ โ โ Clean premises, kind staff. 3 bedroom apartments are nice, although stairs are dodgy and could use some type of security for toddlers as we stayed with children. Lots of glass furniture and kitchen floors were oddly slippery when dry, spa bath doesn't work.

โ โ โ โ โ Very clean, very comfortable bed. Some people were talking in the hall until about 11pm but after that it was quiet. It's right near a major road and the train line but the thick glass really dampens the noise. We slept soundly (and I'm a light sleeper). The woman at the front desk was really super helpful as well and $20 is a great rate for overnight parking in their secure lot. We were very pleased.

โ โ โ โ โ I left after one night because the standard did not match pictures. The roach in the kitchen and the crusty shower heads were upsetting.

โ โ โ โ โ Awesome room as part of a 'Two Part Apartment' shared with another family member. It had it's own self cooking fully equiped kitchen, huge bathroom with large deep bath tub & shower overhead. We had twin King Single beds that were so comfortable with great pillows that we both snored all nite from a great sleep (& I don't normally snore!) No views to speck nicely about sadly but we were only booked for one nite & this room adjoined to my sisters was more than adequate for our nite's stay. It also had a TV, Wi-Fi & Sky TV channels for hubby to check is work emails & catchup on his sports later that evening after our diners return. We paid extra for an underground car park so our car was nice & safely parked which we had no problem booking & would happily book to stay here again.

โ โ โ โ โ This accommodation is located in a premium spot, within walking distance to eateries, bistros, and premium shopping. There is secure parking available upon request. Hotel reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. Servicing of the units could be of a higher standard. Bed sheets were untucked, condiments not fully replenished over the 3 nights we were guests. We will consider booking another stay at the Quest Newmarket when we next visit Auckland.
