★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot if money to just be put in a room that felt like a dungeon with no view. Stepped outside and got dirty sticky feet from grease all over terrace. Bathroom fans didn't work. Bedroom lights were broken. Rubbish bin broken off. No dishwashing liquid. No spare blankets anywhere. Cabinets were thick in dust and we were sneezing. Absolutely terrible and manager would do nothing. Definitely won't stay at another Quest again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious rooms. Small 12 inch TV in master room. Terrace and outdoor furniture were slimy and filthy as a result leaving wet and forget chemical everywhere. No dishwashing liquid. 1 sachet of bathroom products for 4 people. Dusty master room with worn out drawers. Curtains in the master
room were threadbare. 2 out of the 4 lights in the master bedroom were blown and not working. No spare blankets if you get cold and duvets aren't laundered after each person stays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was pretty noisy on the street side, could also hear doors slamming and toilets flushing from the other rooms. There was no green tea or hot chocolate included in the hot drinks which would have been a nice addition to the 2 types of coffee and 4 types of teas. The shower had amazing pressure, and nice and hot. Bed was comfy and warm. OK stay for the price but definitely ask for a room away from the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best, most personable service I have received from top hotels internationally. The management and staff are friendly, kind, efficient and go above and beyond the expected. It has dissolved the impersonal feeling typical with even high levels of service. Super appreciated. The hotel is on a quiet road and has ideal access to boutique shops, and within 5-10 minutes walking you can be in native forest, park, rose gardens, or picturesque waterfront. 2-5 mins walk to train and to buses into city centre and supermarkets. The salt water lap pool is way better than chlorine and ideal for exercise after working out on 4 machines: cycling, rowing, cross country skiing, walking/running treadmill. Then backstroke under the stars...I highly recomend Quest Parnell.
