Husband booked this for our wedding anniversary and we did not end up staying the night. We packed up and left that day. The receptionist however was lovely, waved at us when we entered and they also left a beautiful note and wine. That is the only reason I have given 2 stars but in regards to the conditions of the apartment, absolutely appalling.
I have stayed in many hotels as I am a cabin crew and this is definitely not upto it's 4 star rating. The room was soo dusty, the top of our shower head was broken, the shower itself had brown stains like rust all around the bottom, the curtains looked like they hadn't been washed in years with all the stains and dust that come off after pulling back the curtains and our balcony looked like it needed a good water blast.
Definitely a shame we did not enjoy our apartment but hopefully these issues could be taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very noisy hotel and not particularly clean. We had to have several conversations with management to have our room cleaned. Even then it wasn’t done properly. The drains smell horrid, couch and walls are dirty and the room is very small and cramped. Definitely would not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing. Have booked here for a trip for my partnwr to see the city for the first time and they have given us an extremely good room with awesome views and a balcony. I would come back time and time again as i am so impressed with the service, location and the views. Slept with the door and windows open. Such a vibe
