★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Quest hotel in Rotorua just before the Easter long weekend and we loved our stay! We had the executive room with the hot tub on the balcony and it was worth every penny! Perfect if you are at the end of your holiday and want to relax more in your hotel room. Special mention to the helpful staff member we worked with, he was amazingly helpful recommending things to do, restaurants, massages etc. We really appreciated the extra effort he put into our stay and definitely sold us in coming back again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to base our family for local sports tournament from. Nice and central - cafes and shops just outside for coffee and eats. Clean, well stocked, warm and nice team. Thanks for forwarding me my accidentally left boots too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly can't rate this hotel high enough! Karen and a man that checked us in (sorry I didn't get his name) were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the hotel was walking distance to resturants etc. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a lovely place to stay in rotorua. We will most definitely be back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed in many 5 ⭐️ Meriton suites over the past & the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in ranked up with these. Absolutely stunning rooms, clean, very spacious, wonderfully helpful staff, room service amazing, above and beyond with welcoming notes on TV. All the comforts of duel
aircon/heater, large spacious rooms, washing machine & dryers, bathrooms are large,tv has many channels and free movies. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1st experience in Rotorua and thanks to Quest for the most amazing accommodation. We would love to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed New Years Eve for two nights. Warm and friendly reception, quiet and comfortable unit (2 bed apartment) which had excellent facilities.
Room was on the 3rd floor, opposite side to the street and was very quiet. Two aircon units give plenty of cooling options, which in the summer was appreciated.
Hotel is tastefully decorated and feels comfortable and homely.
Take the time to walk down the stairwell and enjoy the kiwiana decorating the walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wildly excited to finally be going back. We stayed there with a then-toddler for about a week in November 2019. Was an awesome place to stay. Clean and well-lit, good location. Had so much fun! Check in and check out was also a breeze.
