I did not stay, I was on a course that used the conference rooms. It was clean, and quiet, the lunchs were provided and very nice. The carpark is on the small size, but it located nicely in the cbd area. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Spend 2 nights here on a work trip. Hotel are beautiful with lots of facilities, heated pool, jacuzzi, beautiful gym and restaurants. Best location for those who love spa. Located right beside Polynesian Spa

The cheapest i managed to find on Ticati deals. When we arrived, we checked in and asked to extend our stay for an extra night, and they charged way more than what I had seen around. Our room was so small, and the smell was off ?‍♀️ when i made the booking the room comes with Continental Breakfast but when we got there they said they don't have any buffet breakfast available. So disappointed with everything and our stay ?

A best alternative if other hotels are fully booked. Quite old, but is still fine. The breakfast buffet starts at $28 per head, kids below 5 are free.

Rooms were ok. Really dated. There must have been a flood on our floor (level4) because the hallways were really musty and mouldy smelling. But it all looked cleaned and just dated. The common spaces were very very warm. Like too warm. Rooms air con worked thank goodness because we left it on cooling the two days we were there. Bathrooms were really dated. Beds were really comftable though. Buffet breakfast was limited but nice and staff were all friendly

The rooms were not as advertised. The spa pool had no jets was just like a normal heated pool. Upon check in the room was in mess had torn curtains and beds were like messy. Informed the reception the guy changed the room to a lake face room with balcony however same stuff room was not as advertised and the toilets was dirty. Breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. However I feel I didn't get the worth of my money for the room especially when I booked 2 rooms for a another family member too. Wifi was not good at all in room. I guess I will not stay here anymore.

Best holiday my family and I have ever had. I can't fault anything. The service was superb. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The kids loved the pool. The gym was great. Rooms were very clean. We were on the top floor and had a wonderful view of Lake Rotorua. I also recommend the food as my family had breakfast every day. My wife and I loved the big breakfast and the kids loved the waffles and hot chocolate. All very reasonably priced. We will be back.

Nice staff. Heated pool. Looks like they are under staffed since the lockdown. You have to collect your own food and drinks from the restaurant if you order from the poolside. If you want it delivered, you will have to pay extra for that. The rooms are dated and need an upgrade
