★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and that's all - we could not even find a space in the carpark as it was fully occupied - had to park on the street overnight. We got a room on the ground floor with the air conditioner compressor just outside the window and there was a bag of rubbish next to the door when we checked-in in the afternoon. When we entered the room we were surrounded by a bunch of flies - what a great surprise! Complained the hygiene issue to the reception and all we got was a bottle of fly killer and a nasty chemical smell in our room. Requested for a room change and was offered another ground floor room with a broken air conditioner after two hours. Definitely won't come back. Think twice if you see this hotel is on a discount price during the holiday season. It's on special for a reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nice stay at the Jet Park Hotel. Stayed one night my husband and I and our girls and our little dog. Had a great time. Friendly staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Pet package was nice. Our dog loved the treats x. Nice continental breaky in the morning. Would definitely stay again. Thank you jet park hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this hotel for staying as me and my wife traveled down from Auckland only to find out that government emergency housing occupied some lots. We arrived 10pm and gang members were loitering near our rooms and made it uncomfortable for our family. Toilet bathroom is not clean and same with rooms have filthy carpets. There is no specific carpark for units hence have to park on road. I'd rather spend my money more with a better hotel next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing stay. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean and added extras like kids play area and library sharing. Really recommend a stay here and to try the delicious tomato and feta pizza!

1. Staff were very welcoming and kind.
2. Location was perfect, close to a mall and walking distance to city centre.
3. Great little touches around the hotel - good parking, play area for kids, reading nooks, pool and spa.
Negatives:
1. Wifi - felt like we were back in the days of dial up - used my own data for the duration of my stay.
2. Breakfast - no buffet - only continental breakfast provided due to covid restrictions. This is understandable, but should be stated on the website when booking, as the buffet breakfast played a big part in me booking.
3. TV - only 6 out of 20 channels worked. (Couldn’t even get the basic channel 2 and prime).
4. Air conditioning/heat pump - not working, it was like being in a sauna. The replacement fan was rubbish. We were informed about this once we arrived, but again, if you stated on website, I wouldn’t have booked. It’s the middle of summer.
5. Utensils - no plates, cutlery or anything at all to eat with, except for a mug and a spoon.
Overall it was a shocking experience - definitely won’t be returning. Feel bad because of the staff being so nice, but man the stay was a shambles. If you have this many decision altering faults with your service, let the public know on your website before we book please. Topped it all off with the elevator not working on the day we left, so had to carry all of our bags down two flights of stairs. Damn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with my family for a small vacation. Excellent customer service the staff told is everything we needed to know and provided continental breakfast to our rooms before we arrived.
The room we booked was cozy and the area was quiet. Perfect for our family of. I will say however that the pool entrance is through the main lobby area which can become very awkward, since there's people eating food at the tables. That's why they lose a star, but apart from that I recommend this Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jet Park Hotel in Rotorua is a high quality establishment. The interior design of the hotel is very appealing. The pool and spa are great. The complementary breakfasts had a wide range of very tasty food and drink offerings. The staff were polite, professional and very helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. It is, however, a very expensive place to stay (over $300 per night for 1 adult and 2 children). The location is excellent, although if you are a light sleeper, make sure you ask for a room away from the roadside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my partner and 2 year old and we had a great time :) Reception was welcoming, polite and very informative! The parking is free and was very close to our room. Our room was nice and very clean, the beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is very modern and stylish with everything you need in it! It has a great kids area as well as a pool and spa. It's conveniently close to everything and has variety of awesome food options. We're definitely staying here when we visit Rotorua again! Thank you Jet Park Rotorua ?
