Low intrusion, and always helpful in response. Delivering on the tenant side of the deal, gets a great Quinovic response, and so both parties win. A great team of people in the Nelson office.

One of the biggest things I have been most grateful for has been the absolutely fantastic tenants I have had through the property in this time...this doesn't happen by chance!! I owe this to the staff and processes they have at Quinovic in selecting their tenants. Thank you to Juliet and the team of managers i have been thankful to have had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sure Quinovic will be a good property manager for many landlords: At the property my daughter rented, dogs are not allowed, not even for a visit, children are kind of tolerated, there is a zero tolerance for wear and tear. As a landlord myself I would not wish the treatment my daughter got on any of my tenants. My children never had a problem before when they moved. When my daughter moved out this time our cleaning was not to standard and the professional carpet cleaner left fluff. My daughter got two days to remedy the situation and was told to get charged for another inspection. She was told to mow the lawn again, get a curtain cleaned professionally and to get a quote from a painter for marks from pulled off adhesive hooks and furniture. We had to clean to a higher standard than what the professional cleaners had done when she moved in. Tabata told me, that usually tenants never clean to their standard and they would get deducted a cleaning fee from their bond. Yes, who wants to argue with a landlord, when you are dependent on a good reference.
