Georgina always follows up with excellent communication and fast replies, if there are any issues with the property, she is on to it straight away and always gets it sorted.Georgina is a total pleasure to deal with and makes renting simple.

Amazing high quality service - really worked in the best interest of the property owner and looks after the property to the highest level. I found Alex and Jess went out of their way to market and manage our property. Managed all the tenant enquiries and maintenance tasks and always provided solutions to the issues that were raised quickly and cost efficiently. We would highly recommend Alex and Jess and the Rent shop to anyone wanting professional property managers to take care of your property management.

There have been some difficult situations with our previous tenants and she has been very capable and thorough in her management of things. As it’s the family home and also surrounded by a working farm finding the right people to fit the house was a must. The new tenants she eventually found were perfect. As I live out of the region now she managed every aspect of the process for me and now I can relax knowing the family house is well looked after ?

Sharon has gone above and beyond and in just over a week has secured tenants, even going so far as to making sure the house is ready. The service has been pro-active, professional and prompt.
