Nicky and Roger and the team do a fabulous job even to the fact that we had tenants who threw out my Xmas tree in the carport roof and they replaced it - takes away the hassle and now with so many rules, and stipulations, these guys have your back as a landlord -

β β β β β Quinovic charges 8.5% plus GST for their services, which we assumed should be of high quality. Yet both property managers acted unprofessionally and impatiently. The experience of having to deal with Quinovic gives me complete anxiety and totally defeats the purpose of "making tenants management easier". We realized that it was a mistake to trust Quinovic and will not recommend them to anyone else.

We have only had good experiences with their property managers and cannot say anything but high praises to this team. They were fast and pro-active with any queries/requests we've had as tenants in a rented place. Big thanks to Chantal, Melissa and Sophie for all your help throughout the years.

β β β β β I have rent with many place but so far this is the best service that I have received.
Unfortunately our contract is coming to the end because of personal reason, but throughout our contract all the staff has been very helpful.
They take very good care of us, whenever there is any issue at the house they always respond quick and gets the issue fixed.
They work really well with the house owner and us, may also be because of our house owner is very reasonable.
This is the first real estate that make me feel like they are also assisting us (tenants) not just the property owner.
We are very satisfied with the service we received since the beginning until now.
If I am looking for a property in the North Shore in the future I will definitely contact them again.
