★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We'd driven past this shop on the way to Kerikeri a number of times but after a friend recommended it we finally stopped in, and I wish we had sooner!
Shane fit us in and got to work right away. Not only did he figure out and fix the actual problem, but he discovered some shoddy work another BOI shop had done when they "fixed" our car.
Shane was kind, thorough, and communicative, and we super appreciate all the work he put in to solving the puzzle. Thanks for everything!

He tested my battery using his machine to find there was nothing wrong with it and didn’t charge me much for his time at all. Charlie the family dog is super cute also and will occupy you whilst you wait. Super nice Person and fantastic service ??

He saw our car (Mazda) last minute after we had a bad experience with another local garage and took the proper steps to diagnose our situation correctly. He was warm and honest when we dropped the car off and followed up with a phone call after he figured out what our next steps were. I appreciated being able to communicate with him directly as a small, local, and reliable business. He really knows his stuff.
