Even moving her day around to rush out and show me around the property again in my lunch break ! So easy to get hold of and responsive to emails made the whole process so great.
From the experience as the tenant I can say I'd most certainly recommend working with Rachel and her team. She is so diligent with the process she is most certainly doing a great job for the owners as well.

Rachel kept us up to date with the process and was honest at all points. You can tell she really cares about providing her clients with the best she can offer and won't cut corners. We met initially when I was to be honest a little overwhelmed after a break up and decided last possible minute before heading overseas, that I wanted to rent my house out in Browns Bay – long term.
Rachel from the first moment we met was truly amazing. Rachel was understanding and empathetic, utterly professional and worked very hard to help me get out of the situation that I then found myself in.
I have since delt with Rachel multiple times over the years mainly for help and advice, or guidance on my investment property and/or my family home.
Rachel is always positive, genuine and happy to take a call or to meet up and always with a smile on her face and a spring in her step.
The is no-one else that I would go to for property advice and if I ever need to sell my investment property, Rachel would be the first and only call that I would make – she really is that good.
