We have since grown from those humble beginnings to establish 12 locations nationwide, and still scoping the next spot. 

Each coffee shop has organically developed its own feel and flavour thanks to the staff and community that call it home. Raglan Roast has an incredibly diverse loyal following and we are stoked to provide a space to facilitate genuine generosity, collaboration and sharing, our community are one epic bunch.

The ice cream cabinet looks really interesting - with some unusual and yummy looking flavours, such as 'rice and cinnamon'. Most impressed with how cheap the coffee menu is! The water filter is nice and icy, just what one needs on a hot day. I would love to come back and try out the brunch menu. Thanks for a great experience!

We got the chicken teryaki wrap it was super dry and tasted like teryaki sauce that you buy from supermarket. Besides that the service is not friendly, looks like they don't even care if your there or not. Definitely spend your money somewhere else, there're better options around.

We asked for "have here" but she misunderstood and male staff called out our ordered items.. with take away paper bag so oh well it was our first visit and felt not welcome maybe more work on customer service coz who never knows customers come from everywhere and I won't recommend to my friends and family if it's their first visit Raglan.

We tried the pizza, which is laid out in a glass case. You pick what appeals to you and they heat it up. It didn't look that appetizing but was actually pretty good. We did have a couple of issues with the place, the main one being that we were there on a very cold day, yet the large front entry, deck entry and another window were wide open. On top of that, there was no heater, so it was freezing inside! The other was this seemed to be the kind of place that's friendly to the locals but not so much to outsiders. We felt like we were intruding on the server while the locals coming in were warmly greeted. We tried to get gelato after our pizza but the proprietor was too busy chatting with the locals while making coffee; so we gave up and left. In all, in spite of liking the pizza enough, we would not recommend this place.

The next day my kids were begging to go back for more gelato so we also tried the pizza. Will definitely come back. The kids often talk about the gelato place!
