★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a local gym, this place has all the equipment you need and friendly staff to suss out any issues you may have. Always a good environment to train in. Bit of an outdoor/boxing area would be the icing on the cake.

The staff are fantastic and very helpful especially for a learner gym goer like myself.
