★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first workout at The Rec Room Feilding today. I didn't really know where to start when I first walked in. Being a runner and all, my initial instinct was to jump on the treadmill. But then one of the lovely trainers approached me and invited me to join his class that was about to start. So I jumped in and after the first lot of stretches, I was already regretting my decision. My legs burned, my mind said no, but the trainer kept encouraging and pushing me. And then it was over. I was wrecked, but feeling satisfied that on my first gym session since winning a free pass at high school (which I never used), I felt good. And confident that I could do more than just run. So I think I have finally been made a convert of the gym.

Best money l have spent in terms of the various gym memberships l have had over the years . Modern fit out , a great team and training environment.
l would not hesitate to recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym I've ever been to, would highly recommend this gym to anyone. The classes are always challenging and different (no class the same), the space is massive and the music is always on point. The team is super friendly, informative to correct your movements in class sessions and easy-going. As someone that initially hated using weights prior to The Rec Room, after 3 months here I've grown to love working with them in my routine. You can always count on the environment of this gym to leave your stress & anxiety behind and get motivated to smash through a work out. Whether you're a local, based in palmy, or even just passing through fielding it is the best gym you can find. Plus they just installed a sauna and have rewards given out continuously. Thanks guys for creating a space that I'll always remember while passing through fielding :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Gym! the staff are super friendly, you get free fruit and protein shakes, and there is a plethora of classes to sign up for. I haven't signed up for any of the classes yet, i just preffere to do my own thing but i might give it a go. The personal trainers are also really good and help you get to your goals.
Given 4 stars only because in my opinion the equipment is a bit limited in comparison to other gyms i've been to. Could do with a bit more viriety and a few additions like a calf raise machine, smiths machine, assisted pull up etc.
