And I never even stayed there.
Rang and rang them to book the place well and truly in advance.
I had to chase them .
They never contacted me.
Said some family might be taking cottage but never returned my calls .
This led me to missing out on other accomodation in devonport.
Now in takapuna.
I don't think they give a damn .
Nil stars.
Waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything in the house was old and needs a really good revamp.Host/staff was not helpful, bathroom was damp and filthy, didn't smell good, will not return, not recommended. Don't wast your money in Rata cottage because there are so many much better choices there.
