★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most incredible experience I have ever had, I was served by this young girl called Freyar and she served me so well I was just in awe of the talent and care she put into my finger licking good chicken. The food was impeccable I have never tasted such good chicken in my life, and I think it was all down to the great service by Freyar.
On another note i saw this disgusting young man called caleb and he was shouting at freyar and telling her to touch grass and he was throwing mashed potato at her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was very poor. Ordered a family feast and was told not enough chicken. Max they could give me was 5 pieces. So I agreed. Requested for 5 pieces of chicken, large patatoe n gravy, large chips n large drink. Got home to find out my order was incomplete. Only got 4 pieces of chicken. 2 original pieces of chicken chicken, 2 hot wings dat I didn't even order. And no chips. I was charged $25. Not planning to go back to takanini KFC again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got served by this young white boy. He said his name was Caleb. He was very rude to me and he did not treat me well. I demand kfc to hire better staff. Also i saw him and this short brown girl on their phones inside and not making my order. I had to wait very long and the caleb boy took a picture of my car without my permission. I felt very uncomfortable and i do not recommend coming to this kfc. The food was also cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely has the best chicken in South Auckland. Staff are well mannered and attentive to customer needs and its easy to see that they have a good staff chain going, everyone knows their place. The Kfc restaurants in Manurewa and Papakura are slow, tend to argue with customers even if they made the mistake themselves. Hoping KFC Takanini maintain their exceptional service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through the drive through and the meal was supplied quickly which was great. Once I got home my wife realised there order wasnt complete as we were missing chips. Immediately called and went back to the store (10 mins drive one day) when I got there I told the manager I wanted fresh food as now the food is 20 mins old and by the time I get home to eat it will be cold. Manager did not accept and was not we were left with cold food. To add the chicken pieces were tiny. Will not go back. Will also tell friend of this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, daughter brought a $60 bucket tonight and only got 19 chicken pieces, the chips tasted like trash and they were cold as well. My family and I love KFC but there needs to be improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is the newest KFC store out in Takanini, it’s a fantastic store which has really good service when it first opened, it had changed as of recently which is a bit of a shame. Drive thru is taking a bit longer these days and this may be due to Covid but I’m not too sure however the in-store experience is horrible, you won’t get served for 10-30mins sometimes. I have based this on my past 5 experiences during a Saturday evening. If they can sort their customer service out again just like how it was when it first opened then it would def be a 5 star review

The chicken was terrible over cooked and dry. My last 2 visits the food here has been terrible.. I have been a fan of kfc since I was 5 yrs old. My brother was a cook. The 1/4 packs back then were in aluminum dinner tays with real pea's yummy.. But kfc Takanini has broken my love for KFC ? ?
Pizza will be the replacement... been in love with KFC 43 years
