★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception Lady came across quite rude on the phone, then proceeded to put us on hold 3 times and then she eventually hung up and ended the phone call in the middle of us waiting for her to continue our booking and when we rung back another 4 times straight after we were unable to get ahold of reception. The main reception lady lacks professionalism and respect towards customers.

Good breakfast selection at Ground floor Cafe.
While neat and tidy, there seemed to be a lot of dust on shelves and ledges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay was good but both female staff member at reception were hopeless. One of them appeared to be in training or new but other one by the name Wini was rude, abusive and kept lying. Our washing dryer was broken so we reported 2nd day and nothing happened, house keeping staff said it is broken from some time.
We booked for 5 nights and on 3rd day staff member said we can get you to check out around 12pm and 4th day same lady said 11am check out and on last day when we were about to check out we called 9am to say we need someone to collect washing for dry and she said she will get housekeeping to come n collect.
Waiting till 10.15am and no one turned up, called her back she said I told you before when they can come they will come n collect and I was thinking she never said that but she said she will get someone to collect.
Then I said when will someone come as its almost 1030 and we gotta check out between 11 or 12 as said by other lady staff. She said no you are already over the time so I will do a favor on you I will get someone to dry the clothes and you can stay till 11am. Which got me annoyed as I told her that 1stly your drying is broken since day 1 and now you are doing a favor so I argued with her that we were told by staff checkout time is 12pm so we are ready but waiting on clothes to be dry.
Wini then said I dont care what other lady said but what Im saying is now you check out or I will charge you for the whole day as its 1030am, already.
Then she started shouting over the phone and threatened to vacate the room else she may take action and also charge us.
Luckily the manager (guy) he helped us and took over the situation from that ruthless front office lady Wini else she may have called police or something and threatened to charge us for 1 day extra as we were over the time by 30 min even though staff told us checkout for us will be 12pm.
Nice place to stay with good rooms and nice housekeeping staff and manager (guy) was more than helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom and bedrooms weeny cleaned. A dirty towel on the floor wasnt picked up. Not sure towels were replaced. The reception is not manned well. I think there are Housing NZ people put up too. The man I met in the lift reeked of cigarettes and dressed ery scruffy. The rooms were good. Wont go back

The room is a bit small and compact ,but it's clean, the shower is good it had a good pressure. Linens are crisp and smells nice.
Good value for money.oh and .cleaning staff are very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in staff member was friendly, however I had advised I would pay when I arrived, yet they had already charged my card. The room number wasnt written on the envelope, nor were there any instructions to advise that the card was required to make the elevators go up!
Room was clean and tidy though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with my family ?. Someone around 7Am bugged into our room and ran away. We reported this to reception, till 10am we were only waiting for a response. Finally we went to the reception to talk but the response was very unprofessional. They did not check camera surveillance anything at all. Who would have been responsible if any one got hurt or killed by that unknown person who entered our room, disgusting!!! I'm still thinking how that person managed to open our room door without keys. This place is not safe at all I believe.
I'm not going there ever again here. Even the rooms and cleanliness was not upto 5star standard!!!
