β β β β β Nice little rooms. All the basics for an overnight, 2-3 night stay. Though i had to change rooms the next day as the bed leg broke. Staff were very obliging and friendly. Staff dealt with the issue as soon as the office doors opened. Great service.

β β β β β Manager on duty Tony was exceptionally helpful and supportive. He was very knowledgeable and able to make right suggestions for my stay in the motel. Room was clean, tidy and loved the hot water pressure from the shower booth! This place is centrally located in middle of the Manukau city central which will make your life easier as well.

β β β β β Emergency housing security guards is that telling you something was in room 2 smoke butts went missing from my outside ashtray electric blanket didn't work if I had the choice I would have stayed at the heartland hotel I've read the reviews stay there and see what you think

β β β β β Great location, I did find it quite noisy during the day but did settle down at night. main problem we found was no air conditioning we did leave fans on during the day to cool the room down while out but returned to find the fans had been switched off

β β β β β Very comfortable, Nice decor and a really comfy bed! Also good that despite busy roads it wasn't noticeable at all at night. Lovely staff who let me know I'd left something behind which is unknown of these days. Great cafe across the road for breakfast that was recommended by staff. Recommended.

β β β β β Great experience in our room but was a hassle to get Wi-Fi and the security were there to stop randoms coming onto the property which was a bit sketchy. Parked car close to room for this reason
