โ โ โ โ โ Went to a showing of Venom at 10:15am on a Sunday and we were the only ones in the theater, fabulous experience. They serve Pepsi products at the concession and are checking vaccination passes at the door. This theatre has assigned seating.

โ โ โ โ โ I'd give them more stars but they have to be the worst at service. It takes forever to get tickets. Shocking everytime I go. Can't wait for queensgate cinema to open. Might be further to go but I'm hoping faster service.

โ โ โ โ โ Average cinema that only gets by from being the only one in the area. Expensive food/drink as you would expect and alot of the cinema rooms have a weird loud pop every 15-20 minutes with the sound which always irked me and still not resolved. Seats are old and alot need replacing.. place needs some love from the owners but at least it's quiet and only a handful of people whenever I go, maybe 10-15 per movie at even peak times currently.

โ โ โ โ โ Not a lot of staff serving. Once served the girl was lovely and helpful. Sadly though I won't be back. The cleanliness is not as good as it used to be and no one was making sure masks were being used when people were not eating/drinking in the ticket foyer. More people had no masks than people with masks. People leaving the cinema after watching a movie were blatantly walking passed staff with no masks on not giving a toss and neither did the staff. Did not give me confidence at all. I get that under orange the rules are different and it's not all Reading cinema's fault, more the clientele attending. So no, I won't be back. Other cinema's in the area to take my custom too.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommend seating & prices. Not enough options for snacks & beverages. Cleanliness seemed above average. Customer service was average not bad but not exceptional just okay. Would recommend due to ticket prices cheaper than most Hoyts & Event Cinemas movie ticket prices.

โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic large cinemas. Great candy bar. Chairs are comfortable enough. Terrific sound. The illuminated exit sign can be distracting - safety first. Iโll be back. Kudos to the team member who seemed to be running the place on his own and stayed cool enough to suggest we order a single large popcorn to share instead of a medium and a small.
