โ โ โ โ โ Very poor customer service, printing me ticket to a wrong date and try argue with me aggressively. Worst customer experience ever had. If -1 star exist will give to them.

โ โ โ โ โ I arrived in Queenstown during this busy period with no much plan and even though there were no many activities left, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and managed to book me for the TSS Earnslaw (the food was amazing) and Shotover Jet (a must-do). In fine they provided a great experience. Thanks for the outstanding service ?? I highly recommend this place.

โ โ โ โ โ Duidui is amazing, she is very competent, super organized and helpful. She prepared all bookings so that I donโt have to think about anything anymore, I can just relax and enjoy my trips. Thatโs such a release travelers as me who doesnโt want to spend so much time in organizing everything by their self.

โ โ โ โ โ I booked in a ski and transport package with Go Orange through them. It was pretty easy process. Details taken at SLI were correct, but Go Orange booked the wrong day and took my details down incorrectly. I discovered the mistake when two ski hill buses arrived at my stop the following morning. After a day on the hill, I stopped by SLI to see where the mistake was. The guy at the counter was more interested in talking to his friend than helping out. He sent me up the road to Go Orange, which I didnt realize was nearby. All in all initial help and service was good, but when I had some questions I was pawned off. As an agent they should conduct the follow ups with their partners.
