★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with my meal. I had the salmon which was $35, and I still have a bad taste left in my mouth. It is unfortunate, I don't eat fish often and was looking forward to this dish. The choice of vegetables, rice and garnish were not married well, and not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This part of accomodation is rather dated but very clean, has free WiFi and sky movies and only $90 for a Queen Suite will stay there again just a short walk to hotel for dinner which is exceptional a roast dinner@ $22 you can't fault I had beef and was over whelmed with the amazing dish and couldn't eat it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely selection of hot and cold dishes for Christmas dinner. Three course meal. Worth every cent. Seating well spaced and comfortable. Easy access for walkers. Staff excellent!
When the restaurant became full it was very noisy in main dining area. But it was Christmas so a lot of excited chatter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are satisfactory and good value for the price. Rooms are always kept tidy and clean with daily servicing. Room didn’t have a kitchenette but that's because there is a restaurant. The restaurant is also nice. Room could do with air conditioning since its quite humid in Greymouth. Otherwise, a pleasant place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this place 4.9 stars. For the long drive from Nelson to Greymouth the drinks were pretty good. The staff were friendly. The price of the drinks were standard. I would definitely check them out if I came back to Greymouth. Although we didn't have a meal there, the menu looks really good with very reasonable prices. Make sure you check it out when you're in Greymouth.
