β β β β β Well-located hotel in the heart of Greymouth Town Centre, right on the waterfront on MΔwhera Quay. The rooms in the high-rise block at least have been refurbished recently and while small, have everything you need in a hotel room. Staff are friendly and helpful. But if youβre wanting to do more than light web surfing on the in-house wi-fi (such as streaming video), I recommend paying the extra for a plan with more data.

β β β β β No mircowave or cutlery which was a pain but worst of all was the spiders not just one but many. In the shower around the toilet and all.over the deck so wasn't the most enjoyable stay for me. Abit more house cleaning is definitely required.

β β β β β Neat and tidy rooms, bit smaller rooms, old building with old doors, still renovation works going on. Accessible location. Rooms are not spacious. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the duck leg roast from there ?. Not quite classy as other millenium's

β β β β β We booked a Superior Room with two queen beds for the 4 of us for two nights and it cost us around $346.50 as i am a member of the Millennium loyalty programme.
Check in: Nice and easy, the young man at the reception was very helpful and polite. We did have a issue on our second day as our key card would not work however this was fixed very quickly.
Room: The room was very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable especially after driving for so long. Tea and coffee supplied. The bathroom was a good size for my family and the shower pressure was okay. Please note due to Covid our room was not serviced on the second day but we hung our towels prior to leaving the room and we had our own tea and coffee supply so this didn't effect us. There is a tiny balcony enough room for two people to stand which overlooked the Greymouth River and the views at night were awesome.
Restaurant: We decided to eat elsewhere during our stay so I'm unable to comment on the food.
Location: Right on the water front, 2 min's from the Warehouse and Countdown. Plenty of parking down the side street if the car park is full.
I enjoyed staying here and will definitely be booking again in the future.

β β β β β Located right by waterfront. Rooms OK and very clean though small shared balcony was not really useable as one. . Shower was OK. Service/reception very helpful and friendly. The fire doors are the first thing to greet you out of the lift which is a shame because they really could do with a good lick of paint

β β β β β Really impressed with the refurbishment - reception, restaurant and rooms all finished to a high standard. Staff all helpful and friendly.
We booked a room with 2x queen beds for us and two young children. Beds were really comfortable.
We also had breakfast in the restaurant - great atmosphere and food was delicious and very well priced.

β β β β β The newly renovated hotel is tastefully done, rooms suitable for a family of 4. The staff were amazing- super friendly and helpful. Food was excellent! Jayden seemed so be on duty all the time, amazing service and always willing to help with any requests! We were a group of 8 and our stay was stunning!
Thanks everyone for your hospitality!

β β β β β I was part of a group of four who stayed overnight. From the moment we arrived till when we checked out, all the staff were fantastic..so friendly, helpful and efficient. Our rooms exceeded our expectations and were clean, quiet and with super comfy beds. We had breakfast and a dinner there. The dinner was actually their opening night and the food, presentation and service were all superb, The breakfast was also very good. Location was very central to everywhere, though we did struggle a little in initially finding the entrance to the hotel.
