★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased shoes for my son. My order was paid and then their website locked it in the system. I couldn't get my order released and no one in the office would actually help. Tried ringing a few times to sort it out and nothing was resolved. Horrible service and the customer service team were not helpful or polite over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool staff, always welcoming and helpful with shoe sizing or ordering in the size if its not available in store. Their actually helpful in general everytime i go in, and i have been a customer for years!! Love alot of the music they play in store too. To be very honest, i dont even need a redrat account anymore, i could probably pay it off and leave but because their staff are cool, i like going back to see them nown again lol! And my account comes in handy at times when i need to pull a birthday present or outfit together on broke or money saving days.
