★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hamilton branch is so useless! Rang 5 times in a row today and kept getting a blank call! No answer machine or anything!! ? ? Ringing in regards to a direct debit that's supposed to go out on a Tuesday but goes out on a Wednesday when the funds are low!! Getting charged dishonour fees!!
