I've spent years and lots of interesting experiences trying to find 'my thing'! Something that I looked forward to, that wasn't a chore or boring. Something that made me feel better both inside and out. My only regret is that I haven't Reformer Pilates earlier. Not only do I do this because I love it, it has also been the most incredible thing to rehabilitate my body after a bad cycling accident I had a few years ago. I cannot stress enough how amazing Reformer Pilates is, plus the incredible instructors x

Love the teams at Reform Fitness Parnell, Mel, the pretty and super fit owner; Eli, the master instructor; Susanna, the β€œreal killer”; Lana & Leah, the great β€œPadawans”. You guys are awesome, love you heaps! I have practiced mat Pilates for more than 3 years but can’t compete with the benefits I gained from Reformer Fitness just within a year, I am more lean and toned than before.

I’ve been attending the Parnell studio for slightly more than a year now. The staff are passionate and friendly, always there to guide us on the various moves on the reformer (machine) to ensure we do them properly. There are always options given during the class to challenge yourself with different springs on the reformer, dumbbells and variety of Pilates moves. No two classes are ever the same as the sequence of the Pilates moves vary each time, so don’t worry of the feeling that different parts of your body muscles will not get a solid work out. If you haven’t tried Pilates on a reformer machine, I strongly recommend that you give it a go. I guarantee that you will instantly feel a difference to your body after an hour workout as compared to doing Pilates on a mat. Your body will get toned much faster, and I do burn an average of between 300 to 500+ calories per session when doing it in the Parnell studio.

Absolutely love Reformer Parnell. Hard but enjoyable classes, get a good sweat on. There’s a great variety between each tutor - so I’d recommend trying each out to see who you gel with best. Mel is so so kind and welcoming - any query, concern or question she’s always happy to help in any way she can. Clean showers and changing rooms, great hygiene policies in place with their machines, and a great community of regular goers. There’s something in Pilates for everyone to gain, and there’s a place at Reformer Parnell for anyone’s ability, timetable or interests.

My favorite reformer pilates studio in Auckland. The studio itself is beautiful and always super clean (important in these times) and I find the instructors are all so friendly, motivating and knowledgeable. The classes are always challenging, and I always leave feeling 100 x better. Mel's classes are always my go-to!! X

I have been going to the Parnell Reform studio for almost a year now. Doing pilates helped me recover from old knee injury, also practicing my breathing as well, double win. This studio has some excellent instructors, providing a friendly and relaxing environment. The studio is always clean and tidy, there are proper cleaning products provided for each equipment. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to try Reform Pilates to visit this studio. I especially enjoyed classes taught by Melis , Eli and Simone. Each of them teaches with their own style, but I always walk away feeling refreshed, better and stronger.

The Reform team at Parnell are awesome. The trainers are very experienced and can adapt the sequences for any injuries or conditions to ensure that you can still get a good, and safe, workout. Over the last year attending the studio I have really learned to get to know my body so much better as the instructors all tell you what muscles you should be feeling, how it should feel and what to change if you are not. This means that you get a targeted workout and your fitness builds much more quickly. Mel, who runs the studio, is an absolute delight. She is very helfpul and very prompt and efficient in response to any queries. I would recommend this studio to anyone.

Mel and the team at Reform have absolutely converted me into a Pilates lover! I look forward to my classes - it is such an epic way to start the day. I feel stretched, strong and sassy! In all seriousness it is a great workout - I have been going for a year now and am definitely feeling the difference. The team are so kind and caring and despite being in a class of 10 you almost feel like you have a personal trainer as they are able to watch you and help and adjust when they see it. I have finally found an exercise I love and I am very happy about it!!
