★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This nail salon was terrible. I was getting my acrylics removed which I have previously done in serveral other places and I had a wonderful experince. This time however I could not believe that the lady had ripped off half my nail away from the skin to the point where I told her to stop because of the amount of pain I was in, but she continued to try an take it off saying it will work. When I got home my finger was dripping with blood and my finger had started to turn purple. On the other hand I still had to pay for this which is disgraceful. I am now going to get my finger nail removed at an ANE. Would definately not reccomend this nail salon - i am disgusted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst place I have ever gone to get my nails done. I have been getting gel manicures every 2-3 weeks for 2 years straight and my nails are still so healthy. Until I got them removed and done at this place! she filed my nails so thin, cut them way too short (so close to my skin that if I bump it, it was painful) and the filing was so rough. Highly recommend to stay clear of this place.
Also the lady sitting next to me brought in a photo reference and they said they can do that for her... long story but she did not get what she wanted and still had to pay the excessive price.

The prices are good, but what makes them stand out is the combination of service and atmosphere. Truly a great experience and one I can't wait to repeat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Regal nails this afternoon to get gel acrylics - you would expect a decent job on your nails and reasonable customer service when you’re spending $60. The lady that did my nails today was rude and quiet frankly wouldn’t know what customer service is. She was incredibly rough with my hands when doing my nails and she actually made two of my fingers bleed at the cuticles when using the buffer tool.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced bad service at this place - it wasn’t until I’ve come a third time in a row where I experienced the same consecutive customer service that was not pleasant. I’m not one to write reviews unless completely necessary and today was that day - not to mention my previous set of gel acrylic nails from this place only lasted two weeks.
Bad quality acrylics + bad customer service + rough handelling isn’t the best combo. Maybe try and instill some customer service training into your staff - until then, I’ll give another company my money??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love, love, love this place! The girls are all so friendly & welcoming. The experience is always a pleasure. The deluxe mani is my favourite treatment so far. Beautiful hand & forearm massage with gentle exfoliation, cream & oil. The girls always have done a beautiful job on my nails & I would definitely recommend them to anyone as I'm confident in their service & love showing off my nails after leaving their spa. If you want to be pampered & leave a salon feeling relaxed & full of confidence, this is the place for you.

I LOVED my experience here! I’ve been to plenty of nail salons over the years and this by far was my most favourite. The service was amazing, the ladies were super friendly and went over and above for both my pedicure and manicure. I wasn’t rushed, I was made to feel so relaxed and the salon is cute and funky too. Won’t hesitate to come back here again not only for an amazing job on my nails but also for the service. Thank you ladies for such an amazing job and for your expert advice. I’ll be back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst nail experience I have ever had, not only she snipped skin on my toes, left all the dead skin ( didn't check after finishing the buffing, all the feet feel rough skin), but also did the terrible job with covering the nails with shellac , missed spots, created air bubbles, left visible specks.
