Welcome to Remuera Rest Home & Hospital, a 35 bed facility situated in the heart of Remuera. We provide rest home and hospital levels of care as well as Respite Care. We are a semi-secured facility that makes us the preferred provider for residents with wandering issues and Sun-Downing Syndrome.

Our staff are trained in the care of the elderly and frail as well as young people with disabilities (YPD). Through the years, the staff are well-trained in managing residents with alcohol-related issues. We have a Recreational officer who develops individual activity plans and a Cook who provides very palatable home-cooked meals.
We have an amazing team of Registered Nurses who are on-site 24/7 to provide excellent nursing care. Our GP provides regular consultations to our residents. We have contracted physiotherapist, podiatrist and hairdresser.
Our staff receives regular in-service trainings to empower them towards providing excellent quality care to our residents.
