β β β β β If you are a first time renter, I would highly recommend having Marina assist you with getting into your first home. Her warm and friendly approach made me feel that she genuinely cares about her clients. She was very informative and helped me to understand important aspects around renting which for me, showed a commitment to ensure that her clients were well informed. She is amazing!

β β β β β I have known Marina and used her services for many years. Marina is respectful, has high integrity and is strongly recommended.
Marina helped rescue me as a struggling overseas landlord distressed by malicious, manipulative and dishonest tenants. You can see the tenants review below - easy to spot it is the only negative one. That was over 5 years ago. At the time I could not decide if the tenants were on drugs, delusional or mentally unstable. In any case I strongly recommend that you avoid dealings with Cara Gane and/or Madeleine Gee.

We were very impressed with her speed and efficiency. She had it all sorted and organised within a few weeks. β β β β β Being part of a property company myself, I have to say that I am so impressed and delighted to have come across Renthub. Marina George, Property Manager for Renthub, is a polished professional who is warm and friendly, super efficient and very knowledgeable. Renthub are also able to operate seamlessly with digital contracts and correspondence making the legal side of renting a piece of cake. Renting can be very difficult in terms of the experience you go through finding a suitable place to call home, looking at heaps of properties, having to fit in with inflexible or unfriendly property managers. The Renthub staff are the opposite, just fantastic to deal with, making sure that every detail is sorted. Thank you Team Renthub, you are amazing!

Great flexible service offered to suit what i wanted, and got great new tenants in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend Marina and the team at Rent Hub

β β β β β I had the pleasure of working with Marina during lock down in finding a tenant for my property. Due to lock down no physical viewings where able to happen. She listed my property promptly, vetted the applicants and set up a Zoom meeting so we where able to meet 'virtually' with the prospective tenants and choose who we thought would work best for us.
Happy tenants and an even happier landlord !

β β β β β Renthub is the same as Spectrum shoddy agents, Marina and Sona are still unprofessional and uncouth. Their Renthub tenancy application form still stipulates a letting fee and additional key charges the Tribunal banned since 2018. There's a good chance they will feign incomprehension if the potential tenant is aware of the tenancy laws.
Online form also has the same clauses. Tenants Beware.

β β β β β I've worked in the industry for years alongside property managers and now find myself on the other side looking for a new home to rent. Sona's been amazing! After dealing with some very average property managers Sona's been a breath of fresh air. Her communication is outstanding, fast response to emails and messages, offering helpful and insightful advice which has been much appreciated. On one of her rare days off she even arranged a viewing to show me a property that is perfect! This is above and beyond and shows the effort Sona is prepared to make to find the perfect tenant for her owners. Sona is warm and genuine, while remaining professional throughout the process. I'd highly recommend Sona to anyone looking for a place to call home, or an owner searching for someone who'll treat their investment with the respect it deserves.
