★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my local Repco until a few years ago when I moved. I don't have trouble getting what I need at this store, can't say that for the Botany branch. In fact I was directed to the HP branch by the Botany store because they didn't have what I was looking for - any of it (not uncommon products, one of which was on mailer promotion).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointing after being so highly recommended. Went looking for seat covers for my Nissan Caravan . Asked if they had some suitable for my seat n a half. Was recommended a product on sale. Wow. Bargain very cheap price .. thag looks suitable in box.
Told i couldnt try it on for size Bought it. Lucky I tried to fit while still in carport ( not even close) and felt brave enough to go straight back in and ask for and get refund ( old timid me would not have.)
Felt total lack of helpfulness and the did not give a dam .. I was prepared to pay $200 plus for right product but will look elsewhere now .

Bought only 2 items and both were incorrect. Not surprising when staff are fooling around and one sitting in a merchandising trolley having fun on his mobile, instead of doing price checks.
Customers service not a priority, feels like an optional extra. A further confirmation is that staff vehicles hug the parking bays closest to the store entrance.
