★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tidy burger joint. Burger prices higher than next door average McD but the quality exceeds well above. Thunderbird burger with kumara chips is great. Covid times they have setup social distancing rules well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very tasty experience last night from Andy and his team. Great vibes from them and made us feel welcome as 1st time ever diners @ BugerFuel. More of a restaurant and Cafe diner. Their burgers are so yummy, and their premises and kitchen were so clean 10/10 hubby and I will be back. Cheers Andy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rather disappointed, menu has shrunk, chips were not cooked properly ie not Crispy but soggy, there appeared to be no difference in flavours or texture of two different gourmet burgers, and at thirty something dollars, I will no be buying here ever again,

Been eating at lelea 3 times at week minimum, and the share holders need to understand that above and beyond the product your stuff is exceptional take notes of the stuff that are working tonight 20th to of December !!! And if want to make the difference pay your stuff a little more please they deserve it, if it wasn't weird I would even tip ! But imagine how you going on the politics of sharing that ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for one reason. It says online they’re open till 11pm and I’ve had friends work there in the past that have confirmed they’re open until 11pm. Just showed up at 10pm and their front door is locked. I highly doubt Covid is effecting the business at this time, as most hospitality venues are begging at the chance for customers. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager who was running the kitchen was wicked, it’s like I was in Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay on a Friday night. Fast, clear and customers receiving their food at a steady pace. Bit of a wait but you can tell it’s worth it, Bacon BBQ Roadster every time and holy it’s up with restaurant quality. Great place to eat. Can tell we’ve eaten here a few times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, I order dinner dine in and paid before getting my first order. I was traveller, was tired of travelling from Auckland to Wellington and back to Auckland, in between I stayed at Burger Fuel Napier bcoz I heard alot of good stories about them. I didn’t get invoice from staff for my first order and while I was eating, I placed my repeat order for American Muscle double, BF staff listened and passed into the kitchen, I thought she may will prepare and bring. She didn’t informed me that I need to pay before getting order.
This was my first ever visit in BF in NZ and came out as sad, annoyed and unhappy customer. I waited for my repeat order almost 15-20 minutes. I thought due to busy time kitchen staff might be taking longer time to prepare but when I checked at cash counter. Burger Fuel staff told me they need payment before getting, I never experienced this kind of thing in any other restaurant.
