β β β β β Tonia creates and holds such a beautiful space, the moment you walk into the studio your body will shift into a state of relaxation. She has the perfect warmth for a facilitator and her classes are like going on a journey into the dreaming. If you've never experienced soundbaths before, these are an absolute must try. You'll walk out of her studio floating on a cloud!

β β β β β Such an amazing yoga studio and teacher. Tonia provides a safe and comfortable environment for both beginners and experienced students. After completing the beginners class with Tonia, and having a few sound bowl/Restorative Yin sessions I couldn't recommend Rhythmn n Breath Yoga more!
