About The Ivy Studio
I'm Laura, the fibre artist behind The Ivy Studio! I’m based in Hertfordshire with my 3 year old daughter Ivy and 5 year old cockapoo pooch Bob.
I specialise in weaving and macramé, but also dabble in rope rainbow making, punch needle, latch and locker hooking, yarn spinning, basketry, crochet, knitting, as well as dyeing. There's nothing fibre-related that I won't play with!
I love talking all things fibre, so don't be shy if you have any questions or just fancy a chat!

With a fantastic cafe to have a post class drink or meal, great teachers and a beautiful ambiance, this studio has it all. The smaller classes mean you get personalised attention to develop and grow your practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ivy studio is one of the most beautiful yoga spaces I have ever practiced in. It isn't too large, which can sometimes be intimidating, but it's cosy and warm. The Ivy that surrounds the studio creates a peaceful and calm sanctuary to escape into from the city. All of the teachers I have been to are just amazing, passionate and wonderfully welcoming and encouraging to old and new yogis. I can't recommend the Ivy Studio highly enough.
